Build Vectors is operated by Katabatic Engineering LLC (“we”). By accessing or using the Build Vectors website and application (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Build Vectors provides construction project management software and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the Services, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Build Vectors. Katabatic Engineering LLC retains ownership of the Services, including all software, designs, and documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Katabatic Engineering LLC provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
