Build Vectors is built by Katabatic Engineering, an owner’s representation and construction management firm in Juneau, Alaska. We work across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
Why we built it
We manage capital work for owners: mine reclamation, transit, infrastructure. On every job the record of the project lived in too many places. RFIs in one system, the schedule in another, the money in a spreadsheet, the daily log in a binder in the trailer.
People spent their day finding things instead of deciding things. When a question came up at closeout, the answer was somewhere, and nobody could say where.
Build Vectors puts the whole project in one place. Every record goes through review, every decision stays on the record, and every answer points to its source.
